Born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta , Georgia Amanda O'Donnell knows what it means to have roots in the south. A bona fide peach, even as a small child Amanda enjoyed the spotlight-- this youngest of three sisters went from a tomboy athlete to a highly acclaimed runway and fashion model career. Amazingly at 20, Amanda earned a BA in Mass Communication: Broadcast Journalism and while in the 'Antebellum Capital of the South' she managed to work in radio, TV and print media.

In addtion to hosting the Conn Jackson Show, she anchors the daily American News Network news desk reaching 90 million homes daily and does consistent work with Clear Channel radio.

When she's not busting on Conn she is dedicated to her friends and big, southern family as well as volunteering at Dekalb Medical Center's "Premie Parties" in support for premature babies, the Red Cross and Relay –for--Life charities.
